About the Role:
As a Sales Manager, you will achieve sales targets by building customer relationships, identifying growth opportunities, and promoting products through visits and presentations. You will monitor collections, respond to inquiries, prepare proposals, analyze sales data, and provide technical support, contributing to the companys business growth and objectives.
Qualifications
- Experience of 4-5years in chemical construction products company is a plus.
- Strong interpersonal skills, and high energy to drive sales independently from opportunity identification to successful closures.
- Results orientation likes to win and compete to be the best.
- Resilience and high personal motivation/work ethic.
- Works on own initiative, focused on continuous improvement.
- Willing to travel nationally when required.
