Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement a strategic business and sales plan for assigned APAC markets.
  • Drive revenue growth by increasing market share in Mass/Fine Fragrance, Toiletries, and Air Care categories.
  • Optimize profit margins across direct clients and distributors.
  • Set and achieve annual sales targets with a long-term growth projection (3-5 years).
  • Negotiate pricing based on company policies.
  • Lead and manage "perfume briefs", ensuring effective communication for potential projects.
  • Collaborate with internal teams including sampling, application, evaluation, marketing, production, and commercial support.
  • Maintain strong client and distributor relationships through regular visits and engagement.

What Were Looking For:

  • A proven sales leader with a track record of success in driving sales results.
  • Ability to manage team members and collaborate across departments.
  • 7-10 years of experience in a relevant industry (fragrance, cosmetics, or related sectors preferred).
  • A Masters degree in any field is a plus.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to work both independently and within a team.
  • French language skills are an advantage.
  • Exceptional client management skills with the ability to engage with large customers.
