The company supplies the bakery industry with quality bakers yeast, bread improver, dairy and nondairy whipping creams, chocolate together with a large selection of ingredients to cater the needs of the bakery and pastries industry in Thailand. With over 300 clients ranging from artisans to global brand name manufacturers, the Company offers its employees a large breadth of exposure and experience, as well as a dynamic work environment.
Job Scope
- Team management
- Monitor team performance: set up objectives + ensure high engagement.
- Provide training to enhance team skills
- Sales and BD
- Run market analysis and formulate strategies and product diversification.
- Implement sales strategy across distribution channels involving the Technical Team.
- Provide support to customers on product development, and recipe improvement.
- Ensure the sales team is conducting enough activities with the Technical Team to deliver consistent sales and customer growth.
- Engage with customers to gather feedback on product performance and insights into future improvements.
- Conduct field visits to support sales team in building trust with key accounts and take the lead in closing deals
- Work closely with Technical Team to educate both internal stakeholders and customers
- Reporting and Development
- Perform monthly revenue forecasts and present action plans to the CEO to achieve targets
- Maintain and update sales department activity using available CRM tool
- Contribute to product innovation by working closely with the Technical Team to create offerings that align with market demand
Qualification:
- A bachelor's or master's degree in Food Science or Food Technology is preferred.
- Possesses a minimum of 7+ years of experience in the Food sector with a proven track record of driving revenue growth.
- Demonstrates exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
- Exhibits a "hunter" mindset, with a strong appetite for generating and successfully closing new deals.
- Open to receiving and learning from feedback provided by both internal and external stakeholders, leveraging it for continuous improvement.
- Serves as a role model, effectively cascading priorities to team members and taking a proactive lead in execution.
