Tax Director/ Manager (accounting firm)

­­­­­­­­­­­­­­­­­­­Our client is an international audit firm, operating in more than 150 countries. They specialize in providing high-quality audit, accounting, tax, and business advisory services to international and domestic organizations in all market sectors.

Job Descriptions

• Providing tax advice to clients in a number of areas including corporate income tax, personal income tax, VAT, withholding tax and taxes applicable to international transactions.
• Preparation of corporate income tax calculations, including those for companies with BOI privileges.
• Performing tax due diligence and tax compliance reviews.
• Assisting clients in dealing with the Revenue Department on their behalf, including tax audits.
• Providing advice to clients including international tax advice with reference to applicable double taxation agreements.
• Attendance at meetings with international clients and preparation of taxation advisory reports
• Providing corporate tax, withholding tax, VAT and Stamp Duty compliance services.
• A knowledge of transfer pricing (to be able to complete the annual Transfer Pricing Disclosure form for companies) would be advantageous.
• Other duties, as required, requested by tax partners.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's Degree in Accounting or any related degree.
• At least 5 years experience in tax consulting.
• Good command of written and spoken English.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to draft concise reports in English.
• Ability to work under pressure and cope with deadlines.
