Financial Analyst

Position Overview

The Financial Analyst / Cost Controller plays a key role in financial planning, cost control, and analysis to support the company's decision-making process. This position will focus on corporate financial monitoring, budget control, and reporting, ensuring financial efficiency and alignment with business objectives.

Key Responsibilities

• Perform financial analysis, including variance analysis, forecasting, and cost monitoring.
• Develop and manage financial models to support strategic decision-making.
• Conduct cash flow forecasting based on balance sheet methods.
• Monitor and control corporate costs to ensure budget compliance.
• Prepare and analyze monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports.
• Support the budgeting process, ensuring alignment with company objectives.
• Collaborate with internal teams and headquarters to provide financial insights.
• Ensure financial practices comply with corporate policies and international standards.
• Identify process inefficiencies and propose improvements.
• Maintain financial documentation and ensure reporting accuracy.

Requirements

• Thai nationality
• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Finance, Accounting, or Engineering (basic accounting knowledge preferred)
• 5-10 years of relevant experience in financial analysis, cost control, or a related field.
• Strong English proficiency (spoken and written)
• Advanced Excel skills; SAP knowledge is an advantage
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
