About Our Client: Our client is a highly respected, globally recognized European manufacturer of premium industrial tooling and engineering solutions. Operating as a key hub within their Southeast Asian network, the company delivers high-tech products and value-selling services to top-tier manufacturers. They are currently seeking a dynamic, entrepreneurial leader to replace an outgoing manager, spearhead their Vietnamese operations, and scale their local market presence.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Strategic Growth: Drive market penetration and coverage in Southern Vietnam, with strategic expansion into Northern Vietnam.
  • Team Leadership: Manage, develop, and expand the current local team, promoting a culture of "leading by example" and value-based selling.
  • Portfolio Management: Reach an ambitious target portfolio through structured sales strategies and distributor management.
  • Stakeholder Collaboration: Partner closely with regional headquarters in Thailand and global leadership in Europe to align local operations with global standards.
  • Executive Pipeline: Act as the 2nd-tier management lead for the ASEAN region, with a clear corporate track record to step into the role of Legal Representative for Vietnam.

Requirements:

  • Education: Bachelor's Degree or higher in Engineering or a related technical field.
  • Experience: More than 5 years of proven success in Sales, Service, or Marketing for highly technical engineering products.
  • Experience within the Furniture or Flooring industries is highly advantageous.
  • Languages: Full professional proficiency in English (essential for regional reporting). Mandarin communication skills are a strong asset but not a dealbreaker.
  • Mobility: Willingness to travel domestically to customer sites and occasionally overseas to European or Asian headquarters.
