We are seeking a dynamic and strategic Real Estate Business Development Manager to lead growth initiatives and expand the retail footprint within a dedicated territory. This role is vital in executing a sustainable multi-channel network strategy, focusing on both physical and digital touchpoints to increase market share.

Core Responsibilities

  • Strategic Market Planning: Define and implement a development vision based on macroeconomic data, traffic patterns, geo-marketing, and competitor mapping to design a multi-channel network (shops, lockers, digital).
  • Project Execution: Lead the full lifecycle of real estate projects, including site sourcing, evaluating new store formats, technical and financial feasibility studies, and negotiating purchase or lease contracts.
  • Portfolio Optimization: Monitor the performance of existing sites, conducting cost-benefit analyses to identify opportunities for relocation, downsizing, enlargement, or efficiency improvements.
  • Stakeholder Management: Build and maintain essential relationships with local political and administrative bodies, as well as internal leadership teams, to support new business initiatives.
  • Compliance & Due Diligence: Coordinate legal due diligence and secure necessary permits and permissions for all new acquisitions.
  • Sustainability & Innovation: Advocate for "Green Building" initiatives, including renewable energy certifications and sustainable lease agreements.

Required Qualifications

  • Education: A degree in Real Estate, Finance, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Professional Experience: Proven track record in market feasibility studies, real estate acquisition, and business development for multi-format or large-scale retail outlets.
  • Technical Knowledge: Deep understanding of local real estate trends, retail omni-commerce, and general legal/financial frameworks.
