Job Scope:

We are looking to recruit a Registered Nurse (RGN) to join our client's residential home in Canterbury, Kent. This role offers both day and night shifts, including alternate weekends. As a Registered Nurse, you will provide hands-on nursing care, oversee clinical interventions, and guide Health Care Assistants in delivering personal care and minor clinical interventions.

The Registered Nurse will contribute to the success of the home by ensuring the highest standards of nursing and social care for residents, aligning with the clients Philosophy of Care. You will work closely with the Nurse Manager and Registered Home Manager, deputising in their absence when required. You will also ensure that each resident receives individualised care that meets their specific needs, maintaining comprehensive and accurate care plans.

This role offers the opportunity to work in a supportive, person-centred environment focused on enhancing the wellbeing of older adults, with a strong emphasis on holistic care.

Do you have?

  • Must be a Nurse (RGN/RMN) with an active PIN.
  • Proven experience in a nursing home or elderly care setting.
  • Confident in leading and managing shifts effectively.
