Job Scope:
We are seeking a Deputy Manager to oversee two Ofsted-registered 2-bed homes in the London area, providing care for young people aged 8-18 with emotional and behavioral difficulties (EBD). The Deputy Manager will play a critical role in maintaining high standards of care, promoting independence, and managing day-to-day operations. You will lead a dedicated team, ensuring compliance with Ofsted regulations and creating a safe, nurturing environment.
As the Deputy Manager, you will also be responsible for managing budgets, monitoring key performance indicators (KPIs), and ensuring efficient use of resources. You will collaborate with external agencies to safeguard young people while fostering positive professional relationships. Additionally, the Deputy Manager will implement quality assurance practices to continuously improve service standards, contributing to the overall success of the homes.

Do you have?
- Level 3 Diploma in Residential Childcare (Level 5 preferred).
- Minimum of two years of supervisory experience in residential care.
- Strong leadership and communication skills.
- Commitment to delivering child-centered care and supporting young peoples development.
- Solid understanding of Ofsted regulations and safeguarding practices.
- A valid driving license.
- Ability to work a variable shift pattern across 7 days.
