Hours: 37.5 hours per week, Monday Friday / 9 am 5 pm

Job Scope:

We are looking to recruit a Business Development Manager to join our clients team. The Business Development Manager will develop and grow the client base for specialist homecare services. This role involves managing existing relationships and prospecting new business, with full management of the sales pipeline from start to finish.

The Business Development Manager will ensure the delivery of tailored care packages that support individuals with learning disabilities and mental health needs, promoting independence and quality of life. Our approach includes a perfect match between clients and care workers, facilitated by care coordinators, and a digital care planning system for real-time updates. Additionally, same-day mobilization services are available for urgent care needs. The Business Development Manager will play a key role in maintaining high standards of care and expanding our reach in the community.

Do you have?

  • Experience working within the healthcare industry
  • Experience working with local authorities, CCGs, and ICBs
  • Ability to demonstrate resilience in a fast-paced sales environment
  • Meeting and exceeding monthly KPIs
  • Proven track record of generating new business and maintaining/growing client accounts
