Job Scope:
We are looking to recruit a Registered Manager to join our clients team. Reporting to the Service Support Manager and Care Director, you will lead a team to ensure the delivery of exceptional care to our residents. As a Registered Manager your responsibilities will include maintaining CQC compliance, managing staff performance, and fostering a culture of excellence in care provision. Additionally, the Registered Manager will play a key role in budget management, service development, and stakeholder engagement to enhance our services and promote resident well-being.
As the Registered Manager, you will act as a central point of contact for residents and their families, addressing inquiries and concerns promptly and effectively. You will attend resident village meetings to provide updates and gather feedback, ensuring resident needs are met and service quality is continuously improved. Moreover, the Registered Manager will oversee the recruitment and training of care staff, ensuring they possess the necessary skills and qualifications to deliver safe and effective care.
Furthermore, as a Registered Manager you will actively participate in strategic planning processes, contributing insights and recommendations to support the achievement of organizational goals. Your role will involve collaborating with internal teams and external partners to drive service innovation and expansion, ultimately positioning our organization as a leader in elderly care provision. Your commitment to promoting a positive and inclusive work culture will be instrumental in motivating and empowering your team to deliver excellence in care services.
Do you have?
- NVQ Level 4 or equivalent qualification in Social Care
- Strong commitment to safeguarding policies and procedures
- Proven ability to maintain CQC compliance and drive improvements
- Excellent analytical skills for evaluating staffing ratios and service delivery
- Demonstrated experience in expanding and innovating care services
- Track record of effective budget management and accountability
