Registered Manager

Hours: 37.5 hours per week

Salary: £40,000 - £50,000 per year


Job scope:

As a Registered Manager and working in partnership with colleagues in the senior management team, you will be responsible for the day-to-day operational management of the service.

The Registered Manager will provide strong leadership of the administration, transition, care, and people that are aligned with the companys core values while demonstrating knowledge of current standards and regulations that apply to the service.

As a Registered Manager, you will coach, mentor, and develop the team and support their personal and professional growth to enable them to contribute value to the business.

The Registered Manager will ensure that all regulatory requirements are met and uphold regular reviews for compliance auditing and maintain the operations of the service at the standard agreed with the organization, within the financial budget and/or other parameters.

Working as a Registered Manager you will maintain both care and management skills and standards of practice at the current level, and undertake learning, training, and development as necessary to do so.

Do you have?

  • At least 1 years experience as a Registered Manager, preferably 2 years.
  • Current qualifications relevant to health and social care within the industry level 5.
  • Experienced at working with local authorities, families, supervisions, inductions, and training, as well as undertaking risk assessments, care planning, and reviews with multiple teams of relevant professional bodies.
  • Experience effectively managing services with adults and young children with disabilities / challenging behaviour.
  • Proactiveness and experience, confidence in speaking with and to commissioners.
  • Full UK driving license.
