Job Scope:
This is an exciting opportunity for a motivated and ambitious individual to become the Children Registered Manager of a newly established home. As a Children Registered Manager you will lead and inspire your team, creating an environment where children aged 7-18 can thrive. With your leadership, the home will become a supportive and nurturing place, ensuring the children receive outstanding care, have positive role models, and truly feel at home.
As the Children Registered Manager, you will oversee a 5-bed mixed service, supporting children with Learning Disabilities or Emotional and Behavioral Difficulties (EBD).
You will also play a key role in recruitment, working closely with the directors who focus on growth and strategy while entrusting the day-to-day management to the Children Registered Manager. With regular opportunities for professional development, including progression into Responsible Individual or Operations Manager roles, this position offers an excellent career path.
Do you have?
- Recent experience as a Registered Manager in a Children's Residential Service, with a proven track record of achieving "Good" or "Outstanding" OFSTED ratings.
- Certified Diploma Level 3 or 4 in Residential Child Care (Children and Young Peoples Workforce) as a minimum, with Level 5 Leadership and Management qualification or equivalent.
- Strong management skills and a passion for delivering high-quality care.
- Full UK Manual Driving Licence.
