Job scope:

We are looking to recruit an Activities and Wellbeing Assistant to support the emotional and physical well-being of our clients residents. The Activities and Wellbeing Assistant will play an essential role in planning, organizing, and delivering stimulating daily activities tailored to individual and group needs. This includes supporting residents to maintain hobbies, coordinating group events, and organizing external outings to encourage social interaction and community involvement. The Activities and Wellbeing Assistant will create a positive and engaging environment while promoting inclusion and independence. This role requires excellent communication, compassion, creativity, and a commitment to delivering person-centered care.

Do you have?

  • Previous experience organizing and supporting activities in a care setting.
  • A genuine passion for improving the lives of the elderly.
  • Creativity, strong organizational skills, and a proactive approach.
  • Knowledge of dementia care and person-centered care principles.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook.
