Job scope:

We are looking to recruit an Activities and Wellbeing Lead who will play a key role in enhancing the quality of life for our clients residents. As an Activities and Wellbeing Lead, you will be responsible for planning and delivering a stimulating programme of activities, designed to promote emotional and physical well-being. This includes organizing both group and individual activities, as well as encouraging community involvement through events and external outings.

The Activities and Wellbeing Lead must be a warm, positive individual with a genuine passion for working with the elderly. You will need excellent communication skills, a good understanding of support and well-being, and proficiency in Word, Excel, and Outlook.

We are looking for a caring, creative, and proactive Activities and Wellbeing Lead who can work both independently and as part of a team. Flexibility, the ability to bring fresh ideas, and a commitment to providing high standards of care are essential for this role.


Do you have?

  • Previous experience working as a full-time Activities and Wellbeing Lead.
  • Showcase creativity and innovative ideas.
  • Uphold dignity, privacy, equality, diversity, and respect for residents' rights.
  • Experience supporting both individuals and groups.
  • Familiarity with working in a care environment or providing care for a relative/friend.
  • Commitment to delivering person-centered care.
  • Understanding of dementia and end-of-life care.
