Job Scope:

We are looking to recruit a Registered Nurse (RGN) to join our clients residential care home in Tonbridge, Kent. Our client is a well-established not-for-profit organisation providing support to over 1,000 older individuals through registered nursing and dementia care homes, as well as home care services. With a skilled workforce, the organisation is dedicated to making a positive impact on individuals and their families through personalised care and support.

In this role, you will provide hands-on clinical care while leading and supporting Health Care Assistants in delivering person-centred care for residents. You will collaborate with the Nurse Manager to ensure the highest standards of nursing and social care, fostering a warm and supportive environment. Additionally, you will oversee care plans, ensuring compliance with care standards, and deputise for the Nurse Manager when required.

Your responsibilities will include managing staff, organising care delivery, and maintaining high-quality, safe care practices, in line with the Nursing and Midwifery Council (NMC) Code of Practice..

Do you have?

  • Must be a Nurse (RGN/RMN) with an active PIN.
  • Proven experience in a nursing home or elderly care setting.
  • Confident in leading and managing shifts effectively.
