Position Overview
The Campaign Manager will be responsible for conceiving, designing, and delivering the marketing communication campaigns and PR strategy for the OliOli® brand in the Middle East region. Working alongside the Head of Marketing, the Campaign Manager will launch new galleries, communication campaigns, and events whilst coordinating all the necessary activities between programming, guest engagement, and local marketing teams for a successful launch. The Campaign Manager will play an important role in growing the OliOli® brand in the region while collaborating with an awesome and talented cross-functional team.
Key duties & Responsibilities:
- Manage the end-to-end process of a campaign, from ideation to post-campaign analysis.
- Ideate, devise and create marketing campaign concepts for brand communications, temporary exhibitions and event launches. This includes producing playful copywriting and curating visuals that resonate with the target audience and brand guidelines.
- Coordinate campaign timelines and activities between key stakeholders: programming team, guest engagement team, front desk, local marketing teams, and digital and audiovisual agencies.
- Implement marketing campaigns according to brand strategy in both online and offline channels: social media, influencers, emailing, press, communities, third-party platforms and more.
- Work closely with the Digital Marketing Manager and Digital Ads agency to launch, execute and evaluate paid advertising.
- Work creatively with limited resources to achieve optimal ROI on marketing/PR initiatives
- Identify opportunities to grow visitation and further develop OliOli® brand awareness and WOM.
- Create a strong community engagement program and establish OliOli® as the preferred community hub where parents come together to discuss and learn more about relevant issues.
- Provide insights to the programming team for creating the content plan during the ideation phase from a consumer needs, industry trends and competitive landscape.
- Be the brand guardian by ensuring OliOli® brand integrity across all marketing initiatives and communications.
- Be a positive ambassador for the OliOli® brand.
- Contribute to a positive, team-based, and guest-first centric culture.
- Perform other duties and be involved in projects and activities that contribute to the achievement of our objectives.
Qualifications:
- Bachelors Degree in Marketing or related discipline. Certification in project manager and/or digital marketing will be a strong plus.
- Prior experience in marketing (5+ years) is a MUST.
- Prior experience in launching products/events/services (3+ years) is a MUST.
- Solid understanding of how different marketing channels can be utilized to achieve brand objectives.
- Strong proficiency with Microsoft Office. Adobe Illustrator is a plus.
- Exceptional verbal and written communication skills in English. Arabic is a plus.
- Have a strategic and analytical mindset and approach to enhance the guest experience
