Position Overview:
Go Advertising is looking for a Retail Account Executive to manage key aspects of client accounts, ensuring tasks are completed accurately and efficiently. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, organized, reliable, process-driven, and able to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities:
Accurate Brief Completion:
- Complete client briefs with precision, ensuring all required details are captured and understood.
- Work with internal teams to clarify any unclear requirements.
Purchase Orders (POs) and Cost Estimates (CEs):
- Issue POs and CEs accurately and on time, ensuring alignment with project budgets and client expectations.
- Maintain proper documentation for tracking and auditing purposes.
Pricing and Literal Checks:
- Verify pricing and literals (text, data, and other content) against briefs to ensure accuracy.
- Identify and resolve discrepancies as needed.
Task Execution:
- Follow instructions carefully and complete assigned tasks within deadlines.
- Provide updates on progress and escalate issues when necessary.
Catalogue Job Management:
- Manage a non-promotional catalogue job from start to finish under supervision, ensuring quality and timely delivery.
- Coordinate with internal teams and external vendors as required.
Data Merge Proficiency:
- Understand and execute data merge processes, ensuring data is organized, validated, and integrated correctly.
- Deliver accurate and consistent outputs.
Qualifications and Skills:
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to interpret and execute client briefs accurately.
- Experience issuing and managing purchase orders and cost estimates.
- Basic understanding of pricing structures.
- Familiarity with data merge tools and techniques is an advantage.
- Clear communication and collaboration skills.
- Ability to work under supervision while taking responsibility for assigned tasks.
Preferred Experience:
- Previous experience in retail account management, marketing, or a related field is preferred.
- Exposure to catalogue production or similar projects is beneficial.
- Knowledge of project management tools is a plus.
