We are looking for a:

Mid-weight Digital Art Director

As a Mid-weight Art Director, you're a visual thinker with a passion for digital craft and social culture. You'll team up with a Copywriter to dream up and deliver creative ideas that live natively on platforms from static and motion to full-blown campaigns. Your work should feel as much at home in a feed as it does in a pitch deck.

You understand how people interact with content in the real world, and your ideas are shaped by insight, instinct, and a sharp design eye. From first swipe to final frame, you care about how the story is told and how it looks while doing it.

This role is ideal for someone whos not just creatively curious but collaborative to the core. Someone whos excited to push their craft, explore new formats, and make work that breaks through.

Responsibilities

  • Concept and design digital-first creative ideas in collaboration with a Copywriter and the broader team.
  • Craft visuals that are striking, scroll-stopping, and strategically aligned from mood boards and mock-ups to polished campaign assets.
  • Translate ideas into clear visual narratives, including storyboards, layout designs, and presentation-ready key visuals.
  • Create work tailored for different channels Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, web, CRM, and beyond always respecting the language of the platform.
  • Contribute to shaping the look and feel of campaigns through typography, layout, and motion direction.
  • Present creative concepts clearly and confidently to both internal teams and clients.
  • Work closely with designers, producers, and developers to bring your creative vision to life.
  • Maintain high levels of visual craft while staying open to iteration and feedback.

Skills & Experience

  • 35 years of relevant experience in a digital agency or creative studio environment.
  • A portfolio full of impactful, modern digital work especially social campaigns, branded content, and integrated digital activations.
  • Strong visual storytelling skills and a design sensibility that balances boldness with brand consistency.
  • Fluent in design tools like Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, After Effects) and Figma. Motion design or animation skills are a strong bonus.
  • A collaborative, ego-free attitude with great communication and time-management skills.
    35 years of relevant experience with a portfolio showcasing digital campaigns.
  • Knowledge of the financial services industry is a plus, but not essential.
  • Experience working within brand CI while still pushing the creative forward.
