We are looking for a:
Mid-weight Digital Art Director
As a Mid-weight Art Director, you will be a visual storyteller with a strong grasp of digital-first creative technology. Partnering closely with a Copywriter, you'll craft compelling, innovative concepts that are not only visually stunning but also grounded in strategic storytelling. Your role will involve imagining and developing ideas that leverage cutting-edge creative technology augmented reality (AR), Neural Radiance Fields (NeRFs), interactive design to engage audiences across digital ecosystems.
A key part of your work will include visualizing and presenting these ideas through key-visuals, high-level mock-ups, storyboards, or prototypes, ensuring your vision is clearly communicated and effectively brought to life by design teams.
Responsibilities
- Collaborate as part of a conceptual team to develop creative, storytelling-driven ideas across digital platforms, with a focus on emerging technologies.
- Ideate and execute visual concepts that push creative boundaries while remaining aligned with brand and audience objectives.
- Create storyboards and visual narratives that illustrate the journey and impact of your ideas.
- Explore how creative technologies (e.g., AI-driven design tools, motion graphics) can enhance engagement and storytelling.
- Package ideas in a visually compelling manner for client presentations.
- Work seamlessly with strategists, developers, and UX designers to integrate your creative vision into a cohesive digital experience.
- Ensure a high level of craftsmanship in final deliverables while adapting to real-time feedback.
Skills & Experience
- Highly creative and innovative, with a passion for art direction in digital campaigns.
- Strong communication and teamwork skills.
- Self-motivated, organized, and detail oriented.
- Proficiency in tools like Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, After Effects) and Figma, with experience in prototyping tools or motion design software being a strong advantage.
- 35 years of relevant experience with a portfolio showcasing digital campaigns.
- Knowledge of the financial industry is a plus.
- GenAi, Animation, Sound Design & Editing is a plus.
- Financial experience is a plus.
