We are looking for a:
Digital Creative Director
As a Digital Creative Director, you'll partner with the Creative Partner to shape the direction of campaigns, from big-picture strategy to hands-on execution. This role requires divine discontent a relentless pursuit of improvement and expertise in digital campaigns, social media and content. You'll play a vital role in guiding creative standards, while actively contributing to projects and addressing challenges as they arise. Experience in the financial sector is advantageous, helping you optimize campaign budgets and impact.
Responsibilities
- Lead by Doing: Actively contribute to projects (Conceptual & Craft), setting high standards through hands-on work. Step in to solve creative challenges quickly, ensuring quality and momentum are maintained.
- Inspire Creative Consistency: Together with the Creative teams, maintain brand alignment across all touchpoints, pushing for bold yet on-brand creative solutions that resonate deeply with audiences.
- Champion Continuous Improvement: Foster a culture of divine discontent, driving the team to innovate and elevate each project. This role is about setting and then exceeding the bar for campaign quality and impact.
- Collaborate Across Teams: Work closely with traditional, tech, strategy, dev and data teams to integrate CRM insights, creating personalised, engaging digital experiences with clear ROI.
- Engage Clients with Clarity: Present creative ideas with confidence and simplicity, translating complex concepts into impactful narratives that build client trust and excitement.
Requirements
- Experienced, Hands-On Leader: Proven background in digital creative leadership with an outstanding portfolio. You have the skills to execute as well as to guide.
- Creativity and Technical Knowledge: A solid foundation in Art Direction, Copywriting, or Design. Understanding of digital tools, CRM, and UX/UI principles.
- Strategic Vision with a Detail Focus: Able to translate high-level strategies into detailed, actionable tasks and creative solutions.
- Relentless Pursuit of Excellence: Driven by Divine Discontent, you're committed to consistently elevating the work and ensuring high standards.
Software Essentials
Proficiency in:
- Adobe Creative Suite
- CRM tools, and familiarity with web development basics (HTML, CSS, JavaScript).
- Animation and AI experience are added assets.
