This role sits within our strategy team and growing community management practice. We see community management as a strategic tool which can help brands build authentic communities and engage audiences to drive business, which is why we see Community Managers as strategic thinkers and prepare them for careers in social strategy.
You'll be responsible for:
- Managing our clients channels, posting content, moderating conversation, and engaging with consumers
- Mastering the brand social tone of voice and being a brand guardian on social
- Writing post copy and coming up with content ideas alongside our creative team
- Reporting and analysing content performance (e.g. impressions, reach, CPM, engagement rates, CPV, CTR, VTR)
- and building compelling presentations for various stakeholders
A bit about you:
We love to hear about people with varied background and are flexible on whether you have come from an agency of client background. This role is for you if:
- You know the fundamentals of the key social channels (Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, YouTube, TikTok, Pinterest) and can explain the pros and cons of different channels for a task and audience
- You have good copywriting skills and are comfortable writing social media posts and engaging with consumers on social media
- You are a social media enthusiast and keep up to date with this constantly moving industry
- You have prior community management experience, engaging audience and building content calendars
- You have experience creating reports allowing you to measure and understand content performance
- You have experience managing social media accounts through social media management tools, creating, scheduling and publishing content (Sprinklr, Hootsuite, Spredfast, Sprout Social)
- You love working in a team in a collaborative and supportive way
- You enjoy being client facing and presenting your ideas
- You have an interest in the tech industry and innovation
