Senior Print and Digital Production Specialist | Obsessed with Quality & Accuracy | Across platform roll-out wizz | Pre-Press, Colour Management & Workflow Optimisation | The Go-To Troubleshooter for Complex Production Challenges

Main responsibilities

  • Flawless production across all platforms: Meticulously bringing creative concepts to life, ensuring pixel-perfect layout and delivery for every print ad, digital banner, social post, and diverse health communication.
  • Unwavering quality & visual brand stewardship: Acting as the final sentinel for brand consistency, technical specifications, and absolute accuracy. Deep understanding of brand identity systems; able to interpret and implement brand guidelines across multiple asset types and markets
  • Deep programme knowledge: Microsoft Photoshop, Indesign, Illustrator (Masking masking, layer comping, file prep for large-scale outputs)

Strategic & Conceptual Thinking

  • Creative brief interpretation: Ability to distill complex briefs into actionable creative outputs with strong visual coherence
  • Cross-market adaptation: Understanding of cultural tone, aesthetic preferences, and market-specific visual nuances
  • Visual consistency across formats: Able to ensure uniformity across print, digital, social, POS, and packaging visuals
  • Trend Awareness: In tune with visual culture, creative industry trends, and innovations in AI-assisted design/retouching

Your experience

  • 6+ years agency experience
  • Breadth of experience – from stong visual thinking to a greater understanding of the implementation of design and campaign roll-out
