Key Responsibilities
Sales & Lead Generation
Conduct outbound calls to prospective customers and businesses
Generate and qualify leads through cold calling and follow-ups
Present products and services effectively to potential clients
Build and maintain strong customer relationships
Identify customer needs and provide suitable solutions
Meet or exceed daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets
Customer Engagement
Handle customer inquiries professionally and efficiently
Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and sales activities
Follow up on leads and nurture potential opportunities
Provide excellent customer service throughout the sales process
Reporting & Administration
Update CRM systems and maintain accurate sales records
Track sales activities, pipeline updates, and customer feedback
Prepare reports and provide updates to management as required
Collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth client onboarding
Skills & Experience
Previous experience in outbound sales, telemarketing, lead generation, or BPO sales
Strong communication and negotiation skills
Confident in handling cold calls and overcoming objections
Goal-driven with a strong sales mindset
Experience using CRM systems and sales tools is highly regarded
Strong organizational and time management skills
Ability to work in a fast-paced, target-driven environment
Basic to intermediate computer skills
Preferred Qualifications
Experience working with Australian, US, or international clients is an advantage
BPO or call center sales experience preferred
Proven track record in achieving sales KPIs and targets
