About the Role

We are looking for a highly organized and technically skilled Salesforce Developer / Technical Support professional to join our growing team. In this role, you will be responsible for the development, implementation, and ongoing maintenance of our Salesforce platform.

You will work closely with internal stakeholders to design scalable solutions, improve system performance, and support business processes through automation and system enhancements.

This role is ideal for someone who enjoys solving technical challenges, building efficient systems, and collaborating with cross-functional teams.

Key Responsibilities

  • Design, develop, test, and implement Salesforce solutions using Apex, Lightning Web Components (LWC), Flows, and other Salesforce technologies.
  • Translate business requirements into scalable and user-friendly technical solutions in collaboration with the System Administrator, Data Analyst, and end users.
  • Deliver high-performing Salesforce solutions that support automation, reduce manual processes, and improve operational efficiency.
  • Develop reusable components and frameworks to support long-term platform scalability and maintainability.
  • Investigate, troubleshoot, and resolve system incidents, defects, and support tickets related to Salesforce and database operations.
  • Develop and maintain integrations between Salesforce and external systems using APIs and web services.
  • Ensure data integrity, system stability, and compliance with development and security standards.
  • Manage deployments across Sandbox, UAT, and Production environments, including release documentation and deployment planning.
  • Maintain technical documentation, development standards, and best practices.
  • Work collaboratively within an agile team environment to support company goals and project delivery.

Qualifications

  • Minimum 2 years of experience in a Salesforce Developer or Technical Support role.
  • Hands-on experience working with the Salesforce platform.
  • Experience with Apex, Lightning Web Components (LWC), SOQL, and SOSL.
  • Experience working with Salesforce APIs, integrations, and web services.
  • Salesforce certifications such as Salesforce Certified Administrator, Platform App Builder, or Platform Developer are highly preferred.
  • Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to investigate and resolve complex technical issues across the development lifecycle.
  • Excellent communication skills, with the ability to explain technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
  • Strong teamwork and collaboration skills.
