Job Summary:
We are seeking a Customer Service – Outbound Caller to contact customers and provide support, information, or assistance as needed. The role involves making outbound calls, addressing customer concerns, and ensuring a positive experience.

Responsibilities:

  • Make outbound calls to existing and potential customers to provide assistance, follow-ups, or product/service information.
  • Handle customer inquiries, complaints, and feedback professionally and promptly.
  • Promote and upsell company products or services as appropriate.
  • Document customer interactions accurately in the company's CRM system.
  • Meet or exceed daily/weekly call and performance targets.
  • Collaborate with team members and supervisors to improve customer satisfaction and service processes.
  • Maintain a professional and courteous demeanor at all times.

Requirements:

  • Proven experience in customer service or outbound calling is a plus.
  • Strong verbal communication and active listening skills.
  • Ability to handle rejection and maintain a positive attitude.
  • Basic computer skills and familiarity with CRM systems.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills.
