Job Summary:
We are seeking a Customer Service – Outbound Caller to contact customers and provide support, information, or assistance as needed. The role involves making outbound calls, addressing customer concerns, and ensuring a positive experience.
Responsibilities:
- Make outbound calls to existing and potential customers to provide assistance, follow-ups, or product/service information.
- Handle customer inquiries, complaints, and feedback professionally and promptly.
- Promote and upsell company products or services as appropriate.
- Document customer interactions accurately in the company's CRM system.
- Meet or exceed daily/weekly call and performance targets.
- Collaborate with team members and supervisors to improve customer satisfaction and service processes.
- Maintain a professional and courteous demeanor at all times.
Requirements:
- Proven experience in customer service or outbound calling is a plus.
- Strong verbal communication and active listening skills.
- Ability to handle rejection and maintain a positive attitude.
- Basic computer skills and familiarity with CRM systems.
- Strong organizational and time management skills.
