Job Description:
OfficePro Inc, a Washington DC based technical training and recruiting company, is looking for a skilled and highly motivated Audio-Visual Onsite Maintenance Technician in the Houston, TX area to work in partnership with the customer, management team, and global help desk to provide onsite premises support for conference room setups, live events and end-user meeting support.
This is a 3-month Contract beginning October 6th through December 31, 2025
Duties include:
- Previous experience in supporting Audio-Visual clients at the C-Suite/Executive level in a corporate and commercial environment
- High professional demeanor with quick SLA turnaround time to support a high-profile client while maintaining confidentiality
- Strong ability to troubleshoot audio in conference room space specifically with DSP AMX/Biamp experience and ability to push code
- Experience in a conference room setting with Audio-Visual equipment that includes Crestron, & Cisco Conference Room Technology, Zoom Unified Communication, Shure Microphone and basic commercial AV Technologies
- Ability to troubleshoot and break/fix on integrated systems mentioned with previous experience in doing so.
- Engineering skill level: proficient in Crestron/BiAmp
- Room sweeps and preventative maintenance support
- Tier 1 Audio Visual Break/Fix Support in commercial, auditorium and conference room space
- Live event support with basic understanding of audio and signal flow
- Own, support, maintain and troubleshoot industry leading Audiovisual & control systems for customers conference rooms/centers, multipurpose rooms, auditoriums, Unified Communication (UC) & cloud platforms
- White Glove support for video & audio conferencing, video switching, digital video transport, projection, sound & microphone reinforcement, audio distribution, scheduling panels, etc.
- Assist with customer meetings/functions that require use of existing AV infrastructure
- Responsible for troubleshooting hardware and applications, providing technical support & problem solving
Experience Required:
- Previous experience with Audio Visual Integrated Systems consisting of Crestron, Shure Microphone, Basic Signal/Audio flow and AMX/Biamp
- Zoom troubleshooting experience
- Previous live event support
- Previous White Glove experience in a commercial and corporate setting
- Good communication and customer support skillset
- Self-motivated technician with go getter energy to train and learn additional skillset
- Must be able to work five days per week onsite from 8:00 am - 5:00 pm
