Audio Visual Manager - Ponte Vedra, FL

OfficePro Inc, a Washington DC based technical training and recruiting company, is looking for an energetic and skilled Audio Visual Manager to work for our partner locally in the Ponte Vedra Beach, FL area where go getter energy and teamwork is a priority!

The Executive Audio-Visual Manager leads the day-to-day operations and maintenance of the audio-visual communication and collaboration environment for client. The Manager will work with corporate leadership to ensure the video collaboration strategy is maintained and effectively supported.

Job Description Responsibilities:

• Audio Visual troubleshooting experience with AV equipment such a Crestron, Extron, DSP's and Unified Communications
• Maintain and support the functionality of all AV equipment within integrated conference rooms, boardrooms, training rooms and other huddle spaces containing AV equipment including DSPs, Control processors, codecs, etc.
• Performs preventative maintenance to ensure equipment and room is ready for meetings
• Responsible for identifying defective/failed equipment
• Work in cooperation with client to bridge the gap between all manufacturers, developers, engineers and project managers in support of identifying and implementing resolutions for highly complex system issues
• End User support of client for meetings and events when necessary, during normal business hours
• Provide additional training and support to end-user staff as necessary
• The hired candidate will have opportunity for advancement with proven and dedicated work experience onsite.

Experience/Requirements:

• Previous White Glove Support and Audio Visual Room troubleshooting experience is required
• Onsite audio-visual troubleshooting and support experience with Crestron Device Panels is needed!
• Ability to perform Audio Visual Testing on various conference room equipment
• High familiarity with UC/Collaboration Tools
• Advanced Control System knowledge and training
• DSP Experience
