OfficePro, Inc. is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Audio Visual Solutions Architect in the Chicagoland area with a background in audio visual design and account executive/sales experience, with a proven track record in providing extensive audio-visual commercial support.
Key Responsibilities:
- Maintain and grow personal knowledge base of current manufacturers and components relevant to the systems provided and serviced by the company
- Develop and maintain relationships with end user and channel partner resources (Account Managers, Professional Service Managers).
- Work with end users and channel partners to design, estimate and quote AV solutions.
- Work with Sales Operations Team to build quote and PSOW/Proposal that will delivered to end customer or channel partner.
- Develop, evaluate, and implement technology solutions and track delivery commitments to ensure solutions are implemented as expected and within agreed timeframes.
- Keep up-to-date records for forecasting and reporting commits.
- The Solutions Architect is responsible for determining the most appropriate technology for the project, and for verifying proper implementation, to ensure project deliverables are achieved.

Requirements:
- Highly proficient in developing Video Conferencing, Digital Signage, Pro Audio, and other AV Solutions
- Knowledge of IP Networking, Standards Based Video Conferencing Environments, DSP Audio, and AV Control Systems o Specific familiarity with Biamp, Cisco, Crestron, Harman Professional (AMX, SVSi, Crown, JBL, DBX, BSS,), and Polycom Products
- CTS-D (Certified Technology Specialist - Design) certification is required and/or 5+ experience designing and implementing professional AV and collaboration solutions
- Demonstrated success in account executive/sales roles within the audio visual industry.
- Thorough knowledge of audio visual equipment, systems, and integration techniques.
- Strong technical acumen and the ability to translate client requirements into detailed technical designs.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to articulate complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
- Exceptional problem-solving skills and the ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously.
- Proficiency in industry-specific software tools, such as AutoCAD, AV design software, and MS Office Suite.
- Willingness to travel locally for site visits and client meetings as needed.

Salary: $100,000.00 - $110,000.00 per year + Quarterly Bonuses
