OfficePro Inc, a Washington DC based technical training and recruiting company, is looking for a skilled and highly motivated Audio-Visual Technicians (Onsite, Service, Field, Install) in various US cities to work in partnership the customer, management team, and global help desk to provide on premises support for conference room setups and end-user meeting support.

Day to Day Responsibilities:

  • Audio-Visual Service, troubleshooting or installation in a commercial AV environment
  • Setup/breakdown of conference spaces to meet the customers event needs
  • Perform preventative maintenance task to help maintain customer spaces including, but not limited to testing/repairing cables, testing/repairing various hardware components
  • Field installation of control programs (AMX / Crestron/Firmware) upload and download capability
  • Perform support tasks in a timely and quality conscious manner including but not limited to meeting support, general break-fix maintenance, video/audio recording support
  • Experience with Crestron, Extron, VTC Hardware and push/pulling code via Creston related devices
  • Knowledge of Microsoft Teams or other Meeting software (Cisco Webex, Zoom, etc).
  • Experience in video conference room technologies is required
  • Experience with customer and customer service is required
  • Ensure all equipment is shut down and secured for next business day
  • Review schedules for next day requests to ensure equipment is operational
  • Provide job site documentation and end user training and as needed
  • Ability to manage small to medium projects
  • Setup and troubleshoot various audio/video/presentation systems
  • Must be flexible to work after hours and weekends when required
  • Other duties as assigned

Education and/or Experience

  • Minimum of a High School Diploma or equivalent
  • Formal education in Electronics or related field preferred
  • Minimum 2 years of audio-visual integration and/or service experience, 3-5 years preferred

Requirements:

  • Must be able to regularly climb and work from ladders up to heights of 35 feet; lifting equipment, tools, and materials.
  • Must have a Valid Drivers License
  • All Candidates will be subjected to a background test and drug screen

Compensation & Benefits:
