Salary range:  $75,000 - $80,000 Annually

Job Summary:

We are seeking a talented Level 2 Audio Visual Technician to support the Global Teams audio-visual and webcasting initiatives for our pharmaceutical client. This is a full time role with medical, dental 401k and Paid time Off

Candidate Key Must Haves:

  • 3-5 years experience in a corporate environment with integrated equipment
  • Integrated videoconference room experience
  • Technical Proficiency and previous experience Operating troubleshooting AV and videoconferencing systems effectively. (i.e. Crestron, Cisco, DSP's and Unified Communications)
  • Experience with Microsoft Teams Rooms to support pre-cast, during the webcast and post webcasting for set up and streaming
  • Experience supporting end users and start-up support
  • Experience with C-level delivery of white glove customer service
  • Experience doing room checks
  • Experience with ticketing systems (ServiceNow)
  • Candidate must have experience with Webcast Production including, but not limited to, scheduling and produce webcasts in a corporate setting, ensuring high-quality delivery in various technologies and equipment
  • Webcast Coordination Experience: Coordinate with webcasting services vendors / account managers and support teams to get information, escalate issues, troubleshoot client problems, and ensure client's webcasting services run per SLA
  • Previous experience in Event Management including, but not limited to, planning, scheduling, and managing webcasting events across multiple regions, including the US, Canada, Central America, South America, and Australia.
  • Previous Event Support Experience to provide dedicated support during webcasting events to ensure smooth operations.
  • Experience with various collaboration technologies and software to optimize team interactions.
  • Experience with conference and auditorium Preventative Maintenance room checks, set ups, strikes and post meeting troubleshooting and support.
  • Ability to Implement maintenance procedures for AV equipment to ensure optimal performance and own it
  • Collaboration with service providers and internal teams to fulfill end-user requirements.
  • Team Collaboration: Participate in regular calls with resolver teams (Americas and EMEA) to align on projects and maintain service standards.
  • Flexibility: Be open to adjusting your schedule as needed to accommodate project demands.

The ideal candidate has a wealth of webcasting knowledge, will be highly organized and technically savvy for troubleshooting and implementing a full Audio-Visual Webcast along with scheduling and technical break/fix experience in a commercial setting.
