Onsite AV Tech - Contract - Ft. Worth, TX

OfficePro Inc, a Washington DC based technical training and recruiting company, is looking for a skilled and highly motivated CONTRACT Audio Visual Onsite Maintenance Technician in the Ft. Worth, TX area to work in partnership with the customer, management team to provide onsite support for conference room setups and end-user meeting support.

THIS IS A 4-6  WEEK CONTRACT 40 HOURS PER WEEK FROM SEPTEMBER - FEBRUARY.

Duties include:

• Previous experience in supporting Audio-Visual clients at the C-Suite/Executive level within a commercial/conference room space
• Go-getter energy with professional and outgoing personality is a must
• Experience using MS Teams, Cisco Webex, Zoom, and Crestron, Poly, AMX, etc.
• Prior experience with Unified Communicaitons use and troubleshooting (MS Teams, Zoom, Webex, etc.)
• Ability to troubleshoot AV Control System Panels and DSP (Digital Signal Processor) at a level 1-2 break/fix capability
• Shure Mic and additional conference room audio support experience
• Serve as site point of contact for all AV related issues
• Work with IT and cross-functional business partners to support scalable and leading-edge A/V systems
• Collaborates with HelpDesk(s), Systems Administrators, Facilities, Engineering Operations to ensure customer satisfaction
• Provides timely resolution of problems or escalation on behalf of customer to technical staff or management.
• Provide client training as needed
• Exhibits a high level of professionalism and is passionate about providing outstanding customer service

Education and/or Experience

• Minimum of a High School Diploma or equivalent
• Formal education in Electronics or related field preferred
• Minimum 1 years of audio-visual integration and/or service experience

Job Types: Full-time, Contract

Pay: $35.00 - $40.00 per hour
