Job Openings Asset Maintenance System Data Specialist

About the job Asset Maintenance System Data Specialist

We are looking for an Asset Maintenance System Data Specialist who will join our AMG team within the Technology Section, supporting the technical management of our fleet. Across nine technical disciplines, we are driven by a clear ambition: to deliver high-quality work, take initiative, foster ownership, and continuously improve.

THE ROLE

This role is ideal for someone who enjoys taking ownership rather than merely performing routine tasks. It is for those who want responsibility, take pride in accuracy, and are motivated by improving how things work. We are looking for a structured, accountable, and forward-leaning professional who wants responsibility and development.

You will ensure that asset maintenance data is accurate, structured, and trusted across the organization. Your work directly influences maintenance planning, procurement decisions, and vessel performance across our global fleet.

You will also work closely with multiple technology departments, vessels, and offices. The role includes occasional travel to vessels and Odfjell offices.

HOW WE WORK

We grow our team with individuals who bring the right mindset and a genuine openness to learn. We value curiosity and a willingness to embrace new experiences, alongside a strong sense of ownership. Our team members are trusted to take initiative and develop confidently in their roles. As a team, we work in a structured and reliable way—consistently following through and closing the loop—so we can help each other thrive.
