We are currently seeking a highly motivated and experienced Client Account Manager to join our remote team. As a Client Account Manager, you will be responsible for managing client relationships, providing excellent customer service, and ensuring client satisfaction.

Responsibilities:

  • Conducting Zoom calls with clients to discuss their needs and provide updates on their projects
  • Keeping clients updated on project progress and any changes in project timelines through Slack updates
  • Managing tasks and ensuring projects are completed on time and within budget
  • Attending team meetings to discuss project progress and collaborate with colleagues
  • Performing administrative work related to client accounts, including preparing reports and maintaining accurate client records
  • Proactively identifying opportunities for client retention and implementing strategies to improve client satisfaction
  • Managing client requests and addressing any issues that arise in a timely and professional manner

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or a related field
  • Proven experience in a client-facing role, with a strong focus on customer service and client satisfaction
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build and maintain strong client relationships
  • Strong organizational and task management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple projects simultaneously
  • Proficiency in project management tools such as Asana, Trello, or Jira
  • Proficiency in communication tools such as Zoom, Slack, and email
  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy, with the ability to work independently and as part of a team
