Self-motivated, results-driven individuals with strong communication skills who thrive in fast-paced, high-volume cold calling environments. Youll be making 200400+ calls per day to completely cold leads, setting appointments, and helping our clients grow.

Responsibilities:

Make outbound cold calls to prospects who are not expecting your call

Follow scripts while maintaining a natural, engaging conversation

Set qualified appointments or generate leads for sales teams

Handle objections professionally and confidently

Log call outcomes and manage leads accurately using CRM and dialer tools

Meet daily and weekly KPIs for calls and appointments

Participate in ongoing coaching and training
Qualifications:
-
1+ year of outbound cold calling experience (call center or sales)

Experience with dialers like Vicidial, Mojo, GoHighLevel, Five9, or similar
-
Comfortable making 200+ calls daily

Excellent English communication skills
-
Reliable internet, quiet workspace, and necessary equipment (computer, headset)

Coachable, professional, and consistent in meeting goals
