What Were Looking For:

Self-motivated, results-driven individuals with strong communication skills who thrive in fast-paced, high-volume cold calling environments. Youll be making 200400+ calls per day to completely cold leads, setting appointments, and helping our clients grow.

Employment Type:

  • Full-Time, Immediate Openings

Responsibilities:

  • Make outbound cold calls to prospects who are not expecting your call

  • Follow scripts while maintaining a natural, engaging conversation

  • Set qualified appointments or generate leads for sales teams

  • Handle objections professionally and confidently

  • Log call outcomes and manage leads accurately using CRM and dialer tools

  • Meet daily and weekly KPIs for calls and appointments

  • Participate in ongoing coaching and training

Qualifications:

  • 1+ year of outbound cold calling experience (call center or sales)

  • Experience with dialers like Vicidial, Mojo, GoHighLevel, Five9, or similar

  • Comfortable making 200+ calls daily

  • Excellent English communication skills

  • Reliable internet, quiet workspace, and necessary equipment (computer, headset)

  • Coachable, professional, and consistent in meeting goals
