We are seeking a passionate and experienced Marketing Assistant to join our team and play a pivotal role in enhancing our brand presence. Key Responsibilities:
As our Marketing Assistant, you will work closely with our CEO, and collaborate with our marketing team to drive our brand forward. Your core responsibilities will include:
Social Media Management:
- Create, edit, format, publish, and schedule compelling content across various platforms.
- Engage with our audience on Facebook, LinkedIn, and Twitter.
- Monitor and manage our Facebook group, including approving or declining pending members/posts.
- Stay updated on social media trends and suggest creative content ideas, such as memes and trending topics.
Content Creation:
- Design eye-catching visuals, thumbnails, covers, presentations, and carousel posts.
- Repurpose content to maximize its reach and impact.
- Edit podcast videos into engaging short-form clips using software like Descript and Opus Pro.
Data & Reporting:
- Maintain and update content performance sheets.
- Compile reports for AJ/Bella (our leadership team).
- Organize and manage data in our command center for easy access and analysis.
- Handle podcast system and trackers.
Networking:
- Expand our network by adding friends and inviting them to our Facebook group.
- Prospect potential guests for our podcast.
Miscellaneous Marketing Tasks:
- Provide support for various marketing initiatives, including email marketing, paid advertising, and online events/webinars.
Requirements:
- Minimum of 3 years of virtual administrative and marketing experience.
- Reliable high-speed internet access, computer, and availability Monday to Friday.
- Exceptional communication skills in fluent English, both written and verbal.
- Tech-savvy with a quick learning ability and familiarity with social media and basic software tools, including Email Marketing, Funnels, and CRM tools.
- Strong attention to detail and a process-driven mindset.
- Excellent organizational skills for efficient task management.
- Proactive and self-sufficient, with the ability to learn new skills and take initiative.
- Passionate about marketing, content, digital media, and eager to acquire new skills.
- Proficiency in research, data management, and social media marketing.
