SOCIAL MEDIA MANAGER

Job Summary A social media manager develops and executes social media strategies to build brand awareness, engage audiences, and drive business objectives across various social platforms.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement comprehensive social media strategies aligned with business goals
  • Create, curate, and schedule engaging content across platforms (Instagram, Facebook, Twitter, LinkedIn, TikTok, etc.)
  • Monitor social media channels and respond to comments, messages, and mentions in a timely manner
  • Analyze performance metrics and prepare regular reports on social media ROI and engagement
  • Stay current with social media trends, algorithm changes, and best practices
  • Collaborate with marketing, design, and content teams to ensure brand consistency
  • Manage social media advertising campaigns and budgets
  • Build and maintain relationships with influencers and brand partners
  • Handle crisis communication and reputation management on social platforms
  • Conduct competitor analysis and market research

Required Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or related field
  • 2-3 years of experience in social media management or digital marketing
  • Proficiency with social media management tools (Hootsuite, Buffer, Sprout Social)
  • Strong understanding of social media analytics and advertising platforms
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Creative mindset with attention to detail
  • Knowledge of graphic design tools (Canva, Adobe Creative Suite) is a plus
