Job Summary

Oceans Code Experts is looking for a talented Ax-05 Project Manager with expertise in Oracle Platforms to join our team. This role involves managing enterprise IT projects, ensuring successful delivery within scope, schedule, and budget.

Job Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end project lifecycle, from initiation to closure.
• Utilize formal PMO governance and delivery models to drive project success.
• Effectively communicate project status and risks to stakeholders and executive teams.
• Collaborate with vendors and distributed delivery teams to achieve project goals.
• Utilize PMO and ITSM tools such as ServiceNow PPM, Jira, or Azure DevOps for project management.
• Ensure adherence to best practices in enterprise project management and PMO delivery.
• Proactively identify and mitigate project risks to ensure successful outcomes.
• Provide executive-level reporting on project progress and key metrics.

Job Requirements

• 5–8 years of project management experience in an enterprise IT environment.
• Bachelor’s degree in Technology, Business, or related discipline.
• Experience in managing scope, schedule, budget, and risk effectively.
• Strong stakeholder communication and executive-level reporting skills.
• Proficiency in using PMO and ITSM tools like ServiceNow PPM, Jira, or Azure DevOps.
• Experience working with vendors and distributed delivery teams.

Nice to Have

• Advanced knowledge of Oracle Platforms.
• Certifications in project management (e.g., PMP, PRINCE2).

Position Type and Expected Hours of Work

• Full-time consulting position.
• Up to 40 hours per week with flexible core hours.
• Fully remote.
