Job Summary

Oceans Code Experts is looking for a talented TC-09 Infrastructure Program Manager to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for managing enterprise technology initiatives with a focus on cloud infrastructure, networking, data centers, and IT operations. This position requires advanced English communication skills and a PMP certification, along with extensive experience in program management.

Job Responsibilities

  • Lead and deliver enterprise technology initiatives with a strong focus on infrastructure programs.
  • Manage multiple workstreams and provide executive visibility into program progress.
  • Utilize Waterfall, Agile, and Hybrid project delivery methodologies to ensure successful project outcomes.
  • Develop and maintain governance frameworks, templates, and reporting standards.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure operational readiness and service delivery.
  • Facilitate executive steering committees and governance boards.
  • Implement AI-enabled tools and automation to enhance PMO efficiency and reporting.
  • Ensure compliance with change management processes and portfolio management best practices.

Job Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Engineering, Business Administration, or related field.
  • PMP (Project Management Professional) Certification is required.
  • 12+ years of Program Management experience in enterprise technology initiatives.
  • Advanced English proficiency, both written and spoken.
  • Minimum 8+ years managing infrastructure-focused programs involving cloud, networking, data centers, and IT operations.
  • Experience working with Jira and project/portfolio management platforms.
  • Strong executive communication, presentation, and stakeholder management skills.
  • Experience with infrastructure environments and operational delivery models.
  • Knowledge of AI productivity platforms and workflow automation technologies.

Nice to Have

  • Experience managing cloud infrastructure programs (AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud Platform).
  • Familiarity with Infrastructure Operations, Network Engineering, Data Center Management, and IT Service Management (ITSM).
  • Experience building PMO dashboards and governance frameworks.
  • Knowledge of portfolio management best practices.

Position Type and Expected Hours of Work

  • Full-time consulting position.
  • Up to 40 hours per week with flexible core hours.
  • Fully remote.
