Job Summary

This position offers the opportunity to troubleshoot complex data challenges, support key stakeholders, and enhance Tableau and Power BI reporting capabilities.

Job Responsibilities

• Support and maintain Tableau and/or Power BI dashboards and reporting solutions
• Serve as the first line of support for reporting questions, user inquiries, and issue management
• Investigate, troubleshoot, and resolve dashboard, reporting, and data-related issues
• Perform light dashboard development, updates, and enhancements as needed
• Analyze and validate data across Salesforce, SAP, and SQL-based systems
• Monitor dashboard performance, data refresh schedules, and reporting accuracy
• Collaborate with business users, analytics teams, and technical teams to identify root causes and implement effective solutions
• Document issues, resolutions, and reporting support processes
• Assist in improving reporting quality, usability, and operational efficiency

Job Requirements

• Great English proficiency (B2+ Written and spoken)
• 4+ years of experience as a Business Intelligence Analyst with a focus on reporting and dashboard support
• Impeccable punctuality (schedules are flexible but being in time for meetings is crucial)
• Bachelor's degree in Business Analytics, Information Systems, Computer Science, or a related field (or equivalent experience)
• Strong experience with Tableau and/or Power BI, including dashboard support, maintenance, and light development
• Experience working with Salesforce, SAP, and SQL-based data environments
• Proficiency in SQL for querying, troubleshooting, and validating data
• Strong analytical, troubleshooting, and problem-solving skills

Nice to have

• Experience supporting enterprise-scale reporting environments
• Experience working in Agile or cross-functional team environments

Position Type and Expected Hours of Work

This is a full-time consultancy, with up to 40 weekly hours during regular business times. We operate under a flexible core hours policy to accommodate various schedules, allowing consultants to perform during their peak productivity times. Additionally, we offer the flexibility to work remotely.
