Job Summary

Oceans Code Experts is looking for a talented Ax-01 Program Management Lead to join our team. This role involves overseeing IT project and program management, leading Project Managers within a formal PMO structure, and delivering programs and portfolios in regulated, enterprise IT environments.

Job Responsibilities

• Oversee IT project and program management activities.
• Lead Project Managers within a formal PMO structure.
• Deliver programs and portfolios in regulated, enterprise IT environments.
• Utilize advanced risk, dependency, and decision management capabilities.
• Manage vendor-led and globally distributed delivery models.
• Operate at a program or portfolio level.
• Collaborate with senior stakeholders and delivery teams.
• Ensure adherence to PMO service models, governance, and financial controls.

Job Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Technology, Business, or related field (Master’s preferred or equivalent experience).
• 10–12+ years of progressively senior experience in IT project/program management.
• Strong program and portfolio delivery leadership experience in enterprise IT environments.
• Experience leading Project Managers within a formal PMO structure.
• Proven ability to lead and influence senior stakeholders and delivery teams.
• Advanced risk, dependency, and decision management capabilities.
• Experience with PMO and ITSM tooling (ServiceNow PPM, Jira, Azure DevOps, or equivalent).
• English proficiency (written and spoken).

Nice to Have

• Familiarity with ServiceNow PPM, Jira, Azure DevOps, or equivalent tools.
• Experience in managing vendor-led and globally distributed delivery models.

Position Type and Expected Hours of Work

• Full-time consulting position.
• Up to 40 hours per week.
• Flexible core hours.
• Fully remote.
