Job Summary

Oceans Code Experts is looking for a Senior AI/ML Engineer to join our team. In this role, you will work with cutting-edge technologies such as Python, Google Gemini, GPT-4, and Vertex AI, contributing to the development and deployment of innovative AI products.

Job Responsibilities

  • Utilize mastery of Python and shell scripting to develop and maintain clean, maintainable code.
  • Work extensively with Google Gemini, GPT-4, and other AI/ML ecosystems to engineer advanced solutions.
  • Implement Semantic Search and utilize Vector Databases for efficient data retrieval.
  • Build scalable software architectures on Google Cloud (Vertex AI) for optimized performance.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deploy GenAI products to production environments.
  • Follow best software engineering practices throughout the Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC).

Job Requirements

  • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field.
  • 5+ years of experience in AI/ML, with a focus on deploying AI products.
  • Proven experience with Classic Machine Learning, neural nets, and model training.
  • Knowledge of Data Engineering, SQL, and proficient in LangChain.
  • Strong understanding of AI/ML frameworks like LangChain and LlamaIndex.
  • Advanced English proficiency, both written and spoken.
  • Experience with API integration and testing.
  • Ability to collaborate effectively and communicate technical concepts.

Nice to Have

  • Experience with Prompt Engineering and Fine-tuning.
  • Familiarity with building orchestration layers using LangChain or similar frameworks.
  • Previous exposure to AI/ML technologies such as Google Gemini, GPT-4, or LLaMA.
  • Knowledge of scalable software architectures and infrastructure design.

Position Type and Expected Hours of Work

  • Full-time consulting position.
  • Up to 40 hours per week with flexible core hours.
  • Fully remote work.
