Job Summary

Oceans Code Experts is looking for a Senior Microsoft Dynamics 365 professional with 6+ years of experience leading end-to-end technical delivery, solution design, and consulting engagements. Strong background in Dynamics 365 CE/CRM/ERP, .NET, Power Apps (Canvas and Model-driven), SQL, and API development. Experienced in designing scalable architectures, backend services, database optimization, and secure integrations. Skilled in building custom solutions, automating workflows, deploying applications on AWS with CI/CD pipelines, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality products

Job Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end technical delivery, scope initiatives, manage trade-offs, and ensure milestones are met.
• Build and optimize high-converting Shopify storefronts, including theme customization and performance enhancements.
• Develop custom integrations and middleware services to automate workflows and ensure data consistency.
• Design and evolve internal SaaS-style tools with scalable architecture and role-based permissions.
• Own backend services, database design, and API architecture, ensuring performance and security.
• Deploy and operate production systems on AWS, implementing CI/CD pipelines and monitoring.
• Collaborate closely with Design and Product teams to ship features and iterate based on data.

Job Requirements

• Great English proficiency (B2+ Written and spoken)
• 6+ years of experience in Microsoft Dynamics 365 (CE/CRM/ERP).
• Impeccable punctuality (schedules are flexible but being in time for meetings is crucial)
• 6+ years of experience in consulting, engineering, or solution delivery roles.
• At least 3+ years of experience with .Net technologies
• 4+ years of hands-on experience with Power Apps (Canvas & Model-driven).
• 4+ years of experience using SQL for data transformation and integration.
• 3+ years in senior or lead roles with mentoring responsibilities.

Nice to Have

• 2+ years of experience with the Power Platform ecosystem (Power Automate, Power BI, Dataverse).
• Experience in solution architecture or involvement in technical design discussions.
• Background in consulting firms or IT services companies.
• Nearshore experience is a plus, though adaptability and openness are more important.
