Job Responsibilities

• Lead the development of full-stack features using React, React Native, TypeScript, Node.js, and NestJS.
• Design, develop, and implement RESTful APIs and integrate them with frontend applications.
• Build responsive, accessible, high-performance, and reusable UI components using our design system.
• Model, manage, and optimize data using Document DB technologies.
• Write, maintain, and enhance unit and integration tests across the technology stack.
• Contribute to CI/CD pipelines and ensure efficient deployment workflows using GitHub Actions
• Collaborate closely with Product, UX, and Engineering teams to deliver high-impact features and solutions.
• Optimize application performance and ensure cross-platform compatibility.
• Conduct code reviews, mentor team members, and champion engineering best practices.
• Maintain clear and comprehensive technical documentation to support long-term maintainability and knowledge sharing.

Job Requirements

• Great English proficiency (B2+ Written and spoken)
• 8+ years of professional experience in software development with experience across both frontend and backend.
• Impeccable punctuality (schedules are flexible but being in time for meetings is crucial)
• Strong hands-on experience with React, React Native, TypeScript, Node.js, and NestJS.
• Experience building and consuming REST APIs and working with Document DB systems.
• Experience with BFF architecture.
• Proficiency in writing tests and working with CI/CD tools (e.g., Jest, GitHub Actions).
• Strong understanding of accessibility, performance, and responsive design.
• Familiarity with agile methodologies and modern development practices.
• Comfortable working in a global, remote, and multicultural environment.

Nice to have

• Experience working with cloud platforms such as AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud Platform (GCP).

Position Type and Expected Hours of Work
This is a full-time consultancy, with up to 40 weekly hours during regular business times. We operate under a flexible core hours policy to accommodate various schedules, allowing consultants to perform during their peak productivity times. Additionally, we offer the flexibility to work remotely.
