Job Summary
We are looking for a highly skilled Data Engineer with expertise in Palantir Foundry to design and optimize scalable data models and pipelines. This role focuses on data ingestion, transformation, and normalization, enabling seamless visualization development in Power BI. You will collaborate with Product Managers, Data Analysts, and key stakeholders to deliver clean, structured insights that drive business decisions.

Job Responsibilities

• Develop and implement scalable data models in Palantir Foundry.
• Normalize ERP data (SAP, JD Edwards) to ensure cross-client consistency.
• Build and automate data ingestion pipelines, reducing manual intervention.
• Develop cleaning, validation, and transformation processes for large datasets.
• Collaborate with analysts to design reusable Power BI dashboards and views.
• Ensure seamless integration of clean, normalized data into Power BI.
• Integrate Cap IQ and other external datasets into Palantir Foundry pipelines.
• Optimize data workflows to accelerate the creation of industry-specific templates.
• Work with Product Managers and Data Analysts to align normalization rules and enable modular, reusable data solutions.

Job Requirements

• Fluent English (B2+ level) – Strong written and spoken communication skills.
• 7+ years of experience in Data Engineering.
• Punctuality and reliability – Flexible schedules, but timely attendance at meetings is essential.
• Strong software engineering fundamentals to build high-quality pipelines.
• Expertise in Palantir Foundry and experience in building ETL pipelines.
• Proficiency in data wrangling, normalization, and modeling.
• Hands-on experience with Power BI for creating dashboards and integrating data models.
• Strong SQL skills for data transformation and querying.
• Deep understanding of ERP data systems (SAP, JD Edwards) and their attributes.

Nice to have

• Familiarity with Cap IQ APIs and integration processes.
• Experience designing industry-specific data templates for Manufacturing or Retail.

Position Type and Expected Hours of Work

This is a full-time consultancy, with up to 40 weekly hours during regular business times. We operate under a flexible core hours policy to accommodate various schedules, allowing consultants to perform during their peak productivity times. Additionally, we offer the flexibility to work remotely.
