Job Summary
Join our dynamic team as a Site Reliability Engineer (SRE), where youll shape the reliability, scalability, and security of mission-critical systems. This role offers the chance to enhance automation, drive innovation, and ensure high-performing production environments.
Job Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain automation and DevOps practices for efficient platform management.
- Design and consult on system architecture, capacity planning, and operational excellence.
- Monitor and maintain the health, availability, and performance of production systems.
- Build software and systems to optimize platform infrastructure and applications.
- Enhance software reliability, quality, and reduce time-to-market through innovative solutions.
Job Requirements
- Great English proficiency (B2+ Written and spoken).
- 10+ years of experience as Site Reliability Engineer.
- Impeccable punctuality (schedules are flexible but being in time for meetings is crucial).
- Expert-level experience with Azure Cloud, including security and networking concepts.
- Advanced proficiency with Terraform for provisioning Azure infrastructure as code in support of SDLC processes.
- Hands-on experience scripting Terraform for CI/CD pipelines.
- Knowledge of New Relic APM instrumentation.
- Strong experience with mission-critical software and infrastructure support.
- Self-motivated with a history of independently managing projects and initiatives.
- Ability to adapt to evolving requirements, understand business needs, and deliver aligned solutions.
Nice to have
- Familiarity with Azure subscriptions and resource group relationships.
- Experience with LaunchDarkly or similar feature flag management tools.
- Working knowledge of Kubernetes.
Position Type and Expected Hours of Work
This is a full-time consultancy, with up to 40 weekly hours during regular business times. We operate under a flexible core hours policy to accommodate various schedules, allowing consultants to perform during their peak productivity times. Additionally, we offer the flexibility to work remotely.
