Job Summary

Seeking an experienced Lead Java with a strong Java and JavaScript background to drive application modernization, lead technical projects, and collaborate with cross-functional teams. Ideal for a proactive developer eager to take ownership in a flexible, high-impact environment.

• Provide technical leadership to the team, ensuring best practices in development and code quality.

• Uphold Total Code Ownership principles, promoting accountability and quality across development processes.

Job Requirements

• Great English proficiency (B2+ Written and spoken)
• 8+ years of experience as Full Stack Engineer.
• Impeccable punctuality (schedules are flexible but being in time for meetings is crucial)
• Strong front-end JavaScript expertise.
• Proven experience in application rewrites or modernization efforts.
• Familiarity with Git-based CI/CD tools like BitBucket.
• Demonstrated technical leadership experience, with skills in guiding and mentoring team members.

Nice to have

• Experience with code quality tools (SonarQube, CheckStyle).
• Familiarity with build tools (Gradle, Maven) and API development (REST).
• Proficiency with the JetBrains Toolset (IntelliJ, RubyMine, Rider, etc.).
• Cloud service experience (Azure, AWS) and unit testing frameworks (JUnit, Mockito).
• Knowledge of NoSQL databases (MongoDB, Redis) and messaging systems (ActiveMQ, RabbitMQ).
• Relevant certifications (Java, AWS, Spring, Azure) are a plus.
