Job Summary
Join a high-impact team delivering innovative Microsoft Dynamics 365 Power Platform solutions for AEC and Legal industries. This role challenges you to lead complex implementations, solve technical puzzles, and push boundaries in digital transformation.

Job Responsibilities

• Gather requirements and design, develop, and implement Dynamics 365 Power Platform solutions across Sales, Customer Service, Field Service, Marketing, and Project Operations.
• Deliver high-value business and software application services tailored to client needs.
• Customize and configure Dynamics 365 Power Platform, ensuring high-quality, scalable implementations.
• Leverage expertise in Plugins, TypeScript, Power Automate, and Power Apps to extend platform functionality.
• Adhere to clean coding standards to produce maintainable, high-performance software.
• Analyze and resolve complex issues quickly, providing sustainable solutions.
• Conduct in-depth code reviews and mentor junior developers with actionable feedback.
• Communicate project updates clearly and promptly to stakeholders.
• Drive successful project delivery by identifying and mitigating risks.
• Take part in pre-sales activities and step into Architect-level responsibilities as needed

Job Requirements

• Great English proficiency (B2+ Written and spoken)
• 5+ years of experience in Dynamics Developer
• Impeccable punctuality (schedules are flexible but being in time for meetings is crucial)
• Exceptional communication and creative problem-solving skills.
• Proactive mindset with strong analytical abilities and attention to detail.
• Customer-oriented with the ability to take initiative and work independently.
• Team player comfortable in a multicultural and collaborative environment.
• Deep understanding of Power Platform best practices and product capabilities.
• Hands-on experience configuring build and release pipelines with YAML in Azure DevOps.
• Proficiency with version control systems (GIT) and build automation/release management tools.

Nice to have

• Experience with Azure integrations, including Azure Functions, Azure Logic Apps, and Azure Service Bus.
• Familiarity with Power Pages.

Position Type and Expected Hours of Work
This is a full-time consultancy, with up to 40 weekly hours during regular business times. We operate under a flexible core hours policy to accommodate various schedules, allowing consultants to perform during their peak productivity times. Additionally, we offer the flexibility to work remotely.
