Job Responsibilities

  • Design, implement, and optimize generative models including GANs, VAEs, and Transformer-based architectures for applications in text, image, and audio generation.
  • Preprocess and augment large datasets while ensuring data quality and integrity.
  • Continuously explore and apply the latest AI/ML research to improve model performance and capabilities.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define requirements and deploy generative models into production environments.
  • Tune model hyperparameters, reduce latency, and scale AI solutions to meet performance demands.
  • Develop and enforce rigorous testing and validation protocols to guarantee model robustness and reliability.
  • Maintain thorough documentation of model architectures, training workflows, and evaluation metrics.
  • Mentor junior team members and interns, promoting knowledge-sharing and a collaborative team culture.

Job Requirements

  • Great English proficiency (B2+ Written and spoken)
  • 3+ years of experience in AI/ML, with a focus on generative models.
  • Impeccable punctuality (schedules are flexible but being in time for meetings is crucial)
  • Strong Python programming skills and experience with ML frameworks such as TensorFlow, PyTorch, Scikit-Learn, and Streamlit.
  • Deep understanding of neural network architectures, deep learning techniques, and software engineering principles.
  • Hands-on experience with GANs, VAEs, and Transformer models.
  • Proficient in handling large-scale datasets, including preprocessing and augmentation.
  • Familiarity with cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, Azure) and containerization tools like Docker and Kubernetes.
  • Strong time management and punctualityespecially for team meetings across time zones.
  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
  • Excellent team collaboration and project management skills.

Nice to have

  • Advanced degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field.
  • Experience in NLP, computer vision, or audio signal processing.
  • Knowledge of reinforcement learning or unsupervised learning methods.
  • Contributions to open-source AI/ML projects.

Position Type and Expected Hours of Work

This is a full-time consultancy, with up to 40 weekly hours during regular business times. We operate under a flexible core hours policy to accommodate various schedules, allowing consultants to perform during their peak productivity times. Additionally, we offer the flexibility to work remotely.
