Ax-06 Change Enablement – Senior Associate

Job Summary

Oceans Code Experts is looking for a Senior Associate for the Ax-06 Change Enablement position. This role involves utilizing IT Operations, ITSM, and Change Management expertise to drive successful ITIL Change Enablement practices within a fast-paced, globally distributed environment.

Job Responsibilities

• Implement and oversee ITIL Change Enablement / Change Management practices.
• Manage multiple concurrent changes with a keen attention to detail.
• Facilitate communication and coordination among technical and non-technical teams.
• Utilize ServiceNow ITSM and CI/CD-enabled delivery models.

Job Requirements

• 4–6+ years of experience in IT Operations, ITSM, or Change Management roles.
• Bachelor’s degree in information systems, Engineering, Computer Science, or equivalent experience.
• Strong understanding of ITIL Change Enablement / Change Management practices.
• Excellent communication and coordination skills.
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced, globally distributed environment.
• Working knowledge of ServiceNow ITSM and CI/CD-enabled delivery models.
• ITIL Foundation certification preferred.

Nice to Have

• Experience with API integration for ITSM tools.
• Knowledge of best software engineering practices.

Position Type and Expected Hours of Work

• Full-time consulting position.
• Up to 40 hours per week with flexible core hours.
• Fully remote.
