Job Summary
Join a high-impact Workday team as a Workday Functional Analyst, supporting Learning, Talent, and Performance initiatives. This role offers the opportunity to drive system enhancements, solve complex challenges, and contribute to projects that improve the employee experience across the organization.
Job Responsibilities
- Support configuration and testing activities within Workday Learning, Talent, and/or Performance modules
- Troubleshoot system issues and collaborate with stakeholders to identify effective solutions
- Create and maintain clear documentation, including configuration details, test scripts, and process flows
- Support system implementations, enhancements, and release activities
- Document business processes and configuration decisions to ensure consistency and knowledge sharing
- Manage multiple priorities while meeting project deadlines and deliverables
- Communicate effectively with both functional and technical stakeholders to support business objectives
- Participate in meetings and project activities with a high level of reliability and punctuality
Job Requirements
- Great English proficiency (B2+ Written and spoken)
- 3–5 years of Workday functional experience
- Impeccable punctuality (schedules are flexible but being in time for meetings is crucial)
- Working knowledge of Workday Learning, Talent, and/or Performance modules
- Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills
- Ability to create clear, structured documentation (config, testing, process flows)
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines
- Strong attention to detail and follow-through
- Clear communication with both functional and technical stakeholders
- Hands-on experience supporting configuration and testing in Learning, Talent, or Performance
- Experience supporting system implementations, enhancements, or releases
- Experience documenting business processes and configuration decisions
Nice to have
- Exposure to global HR environments preferred
Position Type and Expected Hours of Work
This is a full-time consultancy, with up to 40 weekly hours during regular business times. We operate under a flexible core hours policy to accommodate various schedules, allowing consultants to perform during their peak productivity times. Additionally, we offer the flexibility to work remotely.
