Job Summary

We are seeking an Accounting Analyst OC-24 to join our team. This role involves working with international companies or contractors, utilizing accounting platforms like Softland, supporting financial tools and system integrations, and ensuring compliance with documentation processes. The ideal candidate will have 2+ years of experience in accounting, a technical or Bachelor's degree in a related field, and strong attention to detail.

Job Responsibilities

• Perform accounting tasks such as bookkeeping, accounts payable, and accounts receivable.
• Conduct bank reconciliations and maintain accurate accounting records.
• Support monthly closes and financial reporting processes.
• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure financial system integrations.
• Manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines effectively.
• Ensure compliance with W-8/W-9 documentation processes.

Job Requirements

• 2+ years of experience in accounting, finance, or related fields.
• Technical degree or Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, or related field.
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Intermediate to advanced Excel skills.
• English proficiency (B2 or higher).
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines.

Nice to Have

• Experience working with international companies or contractors.
• Familiarity with payroll-related processes.
• Experience using Softland or similar ERP/accounting platforms.
• Knowledge of internal financial tools and system integrations.
• Knowledge of W-8/W-9 documentation processes.

Position Type and Expected Hours of Work

• Full-time consulting position.
• Up to 40 hours per week with flexible core hours.
